Tonight's dinner features the fine wines and olive oils from the CHACEWATER WINERY and olive mill in Kelseyville.  Chef Pablo Aguilar has created a delicious 4 COURSE DINNER featuring fresh-caught California king salmon or buffalo ribeye steak from the J & S Ranch in Ukiah\, all carefully paired with Chacewater wines.\n\nOwner Paul Manuel will be here to talk about his business and to discuss the food and pairings.  Paul Kemp will provide background music on the piano.\n\nTickets at $95 + tax ($85 for Chacewater wine club members) are available online at EVENTBRITE.COM or by calling the Hotel at 707-275-2244 ext. 0.
