The Lake County Ambassadors Program teaches best practices and helps front-line workers and volunteers increase their knowledge of Lake County\, provides answers to a variety of questions received from visitors\; and\, provides an excellent opportunity for networking. Upon completion of the program\, participants receive a certification (not just training) with accompanying credentials that can be used behind the person's name to denote their commitment to their profession.
