DESCRIPTION:The Certified Tourism Ambassador  (CTA) Program is a nationally recognized certification program for frontline visitor industry workers\, volunteers and anyone who wants to become an advocate for Lake County.\n\n\n\nThe Lake County Ambassadors Program teaches best practices and helps front-line workers and volunteers increase their knowledge of Lake County\, provides answers to a variety of questions received from visitors\; and\, provides an excellent opportunity for networking.\n\n\n\nUpon completion of the program\, participants receive a certification (not just training) with accompanying credentials that can be used behind the person's name to denote their commitment to their profession.
