DESCRIPTION:David Lean's 1962 epic features majestic desert photography\, a gorgeous score\, and Peter O'Toole's career-defining portrayal of T.E. Lawrence\, a feted yet flawed protagonist.  The action/adventure\, "Lawrence of Arabia\," screens at the Soper Reese Theatre in Lakeport on Tuesday\, March 22\, at 1:00 and 6:00 pm.     The seven time Academy Award winner (including Best Picture) features Omar Sharif in one of the most spectacular entrances in movie history\, and also stars Alec Guinness and Anthony Quinn.  The story follows a brilliant\, flamboyant and controversial British military figure and his conflicted loyalties during the Arab revolt against the Turks in World War I.     The movie is sponsored by local film enthusiast\, Susan McCarty.  It rated PG with run time of 1 hour 51 minutes.  Entry to the film is by donation.  The Soper Reese Theatre is located at 275 S.
