DESCRIPTION:Lake County Chamber of Commerce cordially invites you and your employees/volunteers to attend this Licensee Education on Alcohol and Drug (LEAD) seminar presented by the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control on April 20\, 2017 from  8:30am to 12:30pm at the Theater Building\, Lake County Fairgrounds\, 401 Martin Street in Lakeport.  This is a partnership with the Lakeport Police Department and sponsored in part by the Lake County Fairgrounds.\n\n\n\nThe Chamber believes all non-profits who put on events at which they serve alcohol should send someone to this seminar to protect your organizations.\n\n \n\nNote: All organizations/entities renting at the Fairgrounds and serving alcohol will be required to have a person on site who has a current ABC LEADS certificate. \n\n \n\nThe LEAD seminar will give you:\n\n	Information on: \n\n\n- what is acceptable I.D.\n\n- the best way to check I.D.\n\n- how to refuse service\n\n- signs and prevention of illicit drug activity\n\n- and more\n\n\n	The facts about your criminal\, civil\, and ABC liability\n	An update on California alcohol laws\n	Helpful handouts\n\n \n\nIf you would like to attend\, go to www.abc.ca.gov\; then go to LEAD schedule\; find Santa Rosa\, the date and area for training -click the date and register.   \n\nYou must register 48 hours before the class.  \n\nOne registration per email address\, per person per confirmation***
