DESCRIPTION:The City of Lakeport is applying for funding from the California Department of Parks and Recreation to build a new lakefront park at 800 & 810 North Main St. (Natural High Property) as part of a Statewide Park Development and Community Revitalization Program. The City has sought input from residents and community partners through a series of four community meetings over the course of past several months. You are invited to the fifth and final Exercise/Workshop that will be held during the KXBX Summer Concerts In The Park Event Mixer this Friday June 28th at Library Park (5:30-8:30 pm). We will be featuring the four park designs that your community members have come up with and you will be able to vote for the design you like best! We really hope to see you on Friday!!! Your valuable input and ideas are needed for the design of the new recreation center/park. If you are unable to visit our pop-up tent to fill out our survey\, you can do it online here.
