Lake County Wine Studio (LCWS) is hosting a wine release party and artist show reception with Fore Family vineyards and artist, Teri Rose on March 3, 5-8PM and March 4, 4-7PM. The $15 ($12.50/pp for Studio club members) wine sampler and appetizers by Rosey Cooks will showcase the 2015 Albarino (Silver Medal winner) paired with shrimp scampi skewers, 2014 GSM (Gold Medal winner) with a herbed Chèvre and olive tapenade on crostini with tomato, 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon with roasted beef bites with bleu cheese butter and caramelized onion on crostini, and the 2009 Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc with fresh berries and honey mascarpone with lemon zest. Artist Teri Rose received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from California Polytechnic Pomona. Since the mid-1980s, her ranch in Paso Robles has been an inspiration for her work in oil, pencils, and sculpture. Rose regularly shows throughout California, including the SLO Cattlemen’s Western Art Show and Draft Horse Classic, Grass Valley, where she has won numerous awards for her work. Her work has been featured in The Arabian Horse World, Horse Illustrated, The County News, Telegram Tribune, Draft Horse Journal, and been a cover image for SLO County Equestrian Guide and Inside International.
