The first Guided Nature Walk of the fall season at Anderson Marsh State Historic Park will be held on Saturday, October 10th beginning at 8:30am. Come see what autumn is bringing to the park. After the Guided Walk, Tyler will conduct a tour of the historic Anderson Ranch House. The Guided Walk will begin at 8:30am. Bring binoculars and meet in the parking lot at 8:15am for an opportunity to observe the birds and other wildlife found in the picnic area. Sturdy shoes, a hat and water are suggested The walks take between 1½ and 2 hours, depending on the route taken. Steady rain will cancel the walk. Dogs are not allowed on the park trails. The Ranch House tour will begin immediately after the conclusion of the Guided Walk. There is no charge for the Nature Walk and Ranch House tour and parking is free for those attending.
