In celebration of the Upper Lake Hammond Library’s first one hundred years, a benefit dinner will be held at the Tallman Hotel. The four-course dinner will feature a “1916 Menu” prepared by Blue Wing Executive Chef Mark Linback. Bernie Butcher will share the historical significance of the menu items, each one paired with local wines. This event is the first in a series of fundraiser events hosted by the Upper Lake Women’s Protective Club to support the library and the College Scholarship Program for Upper Lake High School.
