HIDDEN GARDENS OF LAKE COUNTY TOUR
Explore fabulous and unique gardens on Saturday May 14 during the Lake County Trowel & Trellis Garden Club's Hidden Gardens of Lake County tour. Our tour will feature a wide range of different gardens, including a gardener's creek-side cottage garden; an olive orchard and historic olive mill tour, olive oil tasting and plant sale at Chacewater Winery; a fabulous hilltop Moroccan style property developed as a wild life sanctuary with an orchid room; an extensive raised beds garden with professional gardeners on hand to answer questions about building, planting and irrigating; and a lakefront landscape with a dock extending into the lake with views of Mr. Konocti.

Tickets are $25 each, and will be available beginning April 13 at Main Street Nursery and Flowers by Jackie in Lakeport; and Bird Brain Designs in Kelseyville. To purchase tickets by mail, call Nora Garrard 707 263-5803.

In addition to supporting the CLT&TGC and its ongoing education and beautification services to the community, funds raised by the Tour will go to Lake County elementary, middle and high school farm-to-school gardening programs and scholarships.
