Hike of HOPE

Kelseyville, Calif. - The inspirational Hike of HOPE takes place Saturday, May 11, 2019, 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. at Mt. Konocti County Park in Kelseyville. The event is free and open to the public. Participants will hike up to six miles round-trip on the Wright Summit Trail of Mt. Konocti, Lake County's iconic and treasured geographic landmark. Pre-registration is encouraged as a commemorative t-shirt, water bottle and extra entry to the free prize drawing are available to early registrants. The drawing prizes include a two night stay at Robinson Rancheria, annual state park passes, and emergency to go kits. In addition to the hike, participants of the family friendly event are invited to write a vision of hope for themselves, their communities or Lake County as a whole on a 'Banner of HOPE' available at the event. The Hike of HOPE is hosted by Lake Family Resource Center California HOPE project and sponsored by LARCA Fire Relief, Adventist Health Clear Lake, North Coast Opportunities, the Sierra Club Lake Group and Robinson Rancheria.
