Description

Gibson Museum & Cultural Center will present Muskets & Cannon & Scarlett Oh My!, a look at life in the 1860's on Saturday, May 14th. The event takes place at the Middletown Mansion, 20650 Highway 29 in Middletown.

Gates open at 11am and Skirmishes by the American Civil War Association will be at 1 and 3pm.

Music of the period will be presented by David Neft, Don Coffin and Andi Skelton; history of the era by Gene Paleno; appetizers and local wines served by "Southern Belles" in Scarlett O'Hara gowns; a demonstration of how hard ladies of that period worked to dress; raffles; a silent auction and more!

Adult $60; seniors $50; students $25; children under 10 are free. Tickets at the gate if available, will be $65, $55 and $30.
