We’re excited to announce that A Diamond Experience will be bringing a series of shows to KONOCTI HARBOR RESORT. First, we’re bringing the stage out to the pool for POOLSIDE REVIVAL on October 10th! Cloned directly aboard the P Funk Mothership comes Garrett “Starchild Jr.” Shider, son of legendary Parliament Funkadelic guitarist, vocalist and musical director Garry Shider. Garrett grew up in the world of P Funk, even singing on the Red Hot Chili Peppers’ George Clinton produced Freaky Stylee as a kid. He eventually followed in his dad’s footsteps as a guitarist and vocalist with Parliament Funkadelic, while making music of his own along the way, including a collaboration with Flea of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. For this show he’s being backed by the OBJECT HEAVY BAND, who we consider Northern California’s hottest funk and soul band right now. Opening the night is BLU EGYPTIAN. If you caught them at the Lakeside Jam preparty, you already know why we wanted these guys back. They know how to get a party started. One more night by the pool to KEEP THE SUMMER JAM ALIVE.
