The public is invited to join a guided tour of Rabbit Hill and this year’s exceptional Wildflower Bloom with Ed Dearing, Saturday, May 20, at 10:30 a.m. Meet at Middletown Art Center. Be sure to bring good walking/hiking shoes, water and a hat and bring your camera/cell phone to document the flowers! It’s a 5 minute walk to Rabbit Hill from MAC.
Let’s learn about Rabbit Hill, one of Lake County Land Trust’s preserves, and capture nature’s ever-changing resilience and beauty. MAC is also encouraging folks to submit photos of this years dramatic Wildflower Bloom for public exhibition.
Capture what you see and upload it to the WILD SPRING page on Facebook or email to us. Be sure to keep a high resolution copy of your photo. Several pieces will be enlarged to 6 foot wide and displayed on the MAC building. Let your Lake County pride shine and join us in photographing images of this historic bloom post fire and flood. We are excited to see what you see! Learn more at www.middletownartcenter.org
