This special Thursday evening dinner will take place in the lovely Tallman dining room beginning at 6 PM.
Blue Wing Chef Pablo Aguilar has created a UNIQUE MENU to highlight the fine wines and farm products from the 4300 acre Six Sigma Ranch in Lower Lake.
The ranch has a colorful history and members of the Ahlmann family will be here to talk about the food and wine pairings and recent happenings at the ranch.
Reservations at $125 plus tax ($115 for Six Sigma wine club members) can be made by calling the Tallman Hotel at 707-275-2244 ext. 0.
The Hotel is offering a standard room plus two dinner tickets for $350 + tax - or $400 + tax for an ofuro soaking tub room.
