Don’t miss this very special opportunity to meet and dine with San Francisco chef/author Joyce Goldstein. Joyce will be at the Tallman Hotel to celebrate the launch of her newest cookbook, The New Mediterranean Jewish Table (April 2016 release date). The evening’s menu, from appetizers to dessert, will be selected from the recipes in her new book and paired with wines. The evening begins at 5:30 pm with appetizers and wine in our Meeting House. Joyce’s new cookbook will be available for purchase and autographs. At 6:30 pm enjoy a delicious three course dinner in the Tallman Hotel dining room. Joyce will oversee the meal preparations and share personal and historical anecdotes during dinner. Joyce Goldstein was chef and owner of the groundbreaking Mediterranean restaurant Square One in San Francisco. Prior to opening Square One, she was chef at the Chez Panisse Café and visiting executive chef at the Wine Spectator Restaurant at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa. Today she is a cooking teacher, consultant to the restaurant and food industries, and prolific cookbook author.
