2025 Semillon with a grilled peach salad, frisée, goat cheese, toasted macadamia nuts and edible orchids with a champagne green apple vinaigrette.
2017 Merlot with American Wagyu Beef Carpaccio with herb infused olive oil. 
2017 Petite Syrah with Chateaubriand with shiitake mushrooms plus a creamy polenta and broccolini 
2021 Grenache with Dark chocolate strawberry tart with a dark chocolate ganache
