The Blue Wing supports the efforts of the Blue Zones Project Lake County to encourage changes in our community that lead to healthier options. Small changes can lead to big benefits for all of us: lowered healthcare costs, improved productivity, and ultimately, a higher quality of life.
For tonight’s delicious dinner in the Blue Wing garden, Chef Pablo Aguilar has constructed a FOUR -COURSE MENU inspired by Blue Zones founder Dan Buettner’s 2022 book The Blue Zones American Kitchen—100 Recipes to Live to 100.”
