Bring the World into Your School

Cate Sims of Education First, a non-profit organization that matches foreign exchange students and host families, will present a program called “Bring the World into Your School” at the Lakeport branch of Lake County Library on September 14 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. People interested in hosting foreign exchange students are invited to learn what is involved and how to go about doing so. Sims’ program will include a video presentation, a discussion and a question-and-answer session. Light refreshments will be served. The library is located at 1425 N. High Street in Lakeport.
