Description
The Certified Tourism Ambassador™ (CTA) Program is a nationally recognized certification program for anyone who wants to become an advocate for Lake County. The program teaches best practices and helps front-line workers and volunteers increase their knowledge of Lake County; provides answers to a variety of questions received from visitors; and, provides an excellent opportunity for networking.
Upon completion of the program, participants receive a certification (not just training) with accompanying credentials that can be used behind the person's name to denote their commitment to their profession.
1pm - 1:30pm Registration
1:30pm - 5 pm Class Session
5pm Open-book Exam (until finished)
