There is a reason why, in 10 years of delivering cooking classes, we've never tackled Bread.  It's complicated!  But all the best things are and you asked for it, so get ready.  We'll unpack the science and the art in this ancient tradition, do our best to discuss the all the variables and you'll go home with a baguette!

Class includes a tasting of the dishes created, a take home booklet of all class information and 2 hours of fun!

Attendees are welcome to bring wine to enjoy during the class.
