Description
Grab your whisk and get ready to use your wrist! These four sauces are the fundamentals upon which almost all French sauces are based: Wine Reduction & Deglazing, Roux, Béchamel (which we will develop into a seriously tasty, from scratch mac & four cheese) and Hollandaise - the sauce of the gods!
Class includes a tasting of the dishes created, a take home booklet of all class information and 2 hours of fun!
Attendees are welcome to bring wine to enjoy during the class.
