Dancing Poly Cookin' on the Farm: What's in your Sausage
Let's get at it! We will be working with an amazing Foxtail Farm heritage, organic pasture-raised pig. We will bone a shoulder and butt, grind the meat and produce both italian and breakfast sausage. What's in your sausage?
Class includes a tasting of the dishes created, a take home booklet of all class information and 2 hours of fun!
