We enjoyed doing this so much last year, we're making it an annual event. Yes, Dancing Poly BBQ Take-Home Feast! We do the work, you pick it up and relax! Slow and lightly apple-wood smoked Beef Brisket and Pork Ribs, Our Signature BBQ Sauce, Herbed Potato Salad, From-Scratch/4-Cheese Mac & Cheese, Farm-Fresh Cabbage Slaw, Green Salad with Balsamic Reduction, Jalapeno Corn Bread and Seasonal Berry Crumble!
$35/person. 6 person/$200 order minimum. Order deadline is 7 days in advance, we like our rubs to set in nicely! Pickup between 1pm and 2pm on Sun 5/26 or Mon 5/27 (we'll email you to find out which day you'd like to order). Delivery can be arranged.
