Description
Chef Pablo Aguilar has created a SPECIAL MENU to pair well with the outstanding spirits created by master distiller CRISPIN CAIN at Mendocino Distillery in Redwood Valley. The event takes place under the shade of the sycamores in the garden between the Blue Wing Saloon and Tallman Hotel.
Crispin Cain and Tamar Kaye will be here to talk about the spirits and the food pairings between courses and Paul Kemp will provide background music on the piano.

The Tallman Hotel is offering a special package to those wishing to stay over after the dinner: Two tickets to the dinner and a regular room stay for $350 + tax and fees or a Japanese soaking tub room for $400 + tax and fees.
