Description
Enjoy a delicious dinner at the Lakeport Elks Lodge & visit Northern Rural Energy Network to receive a FREE Energy Efficiency Kit. Each person will need to complete a printed application (which I will provide) and bring a copy of their PG&E bill. One kit per household.
