Visit Northern Rural Energy Network at the Lower Lake DAZE festival to learn about our FREE energy efficiency kits & cash rebates. To receive a FREE Energy Efficiency Kit at the event, each person will need to complete a printed application (which I will provide) and bring a copy of their PG&E bill.
